There are 7 Red Cross Chapters along the Gulf Coast that welcome volunteers for the Tour du Rouge!
Here are the Volunteer opportunity areas:

Pre-Tour operations - this includes bag stuffing, mailouts, flyer distribution, etc.

Full 6-day Tour du Rouge: May 1-6, 2011 - Houston to New Orleans, Louisiana

Rest Stop Support

Hotel Support

Logistics Support and Sign placement along the Tour

Evening Entertainment Support

By volunteering on the Tour du Rouge, you contribute to the success of 7 Red Cross Chapter Disaster Service Areas.
- The American Red Cross provides emergency assistance when people are forced from their homes by fires, floods or other disasters.
- The vast majority of these services are provided by our trained and dedicated volunteers, the heart of the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross is neighbors helping neighbors.
- The American Red Cross is not a government agency and receives its financial support through donations from the American public.
